Warehouse lot questions

Just got these pairs from Grandism just now, few questions...

1) why does my jeans feel and wear like cardboard? Even my dry lees don't feel this dry.

2) the Jeans are 34 X 34 and I am pondering whether to shrink these things (my first time) what would be the approxmite size after shrinkage? 31 X 32?

3) If I shrink only my legs and thighs will be the waist be affected at all? I am planning to do a cold water shrink to get max results.

4) final questions, what do you think about the dry cleaners doing alterations on your selvage denim? I am thinking of alterating the length to a 32 if I decide not to shrink them

and I thought warehouse lot was japanese....I don't see any nihon-go anywhere on my jeans....

-don't hate, appreciate-

which one did you buy?

the duck diggers?

those are woven massively tight. they need some serious wearing before you even can see a slight fade... plus a lot of nights sleeping on the pavement.

since they're woven so tightly, you can even try to give them a warm wash... if you want the same amount of shrinkage like a regular cold water shrinkage of regular drys. err... pardon my french icon_smile.gif

don't tumble dry though, thats way too unpredictable.

I bought the 1100 E

so I went ahead and soaked them in cold water for about 2/5 hours

then I hung dry them for about 4 hours

and now I am wearing them damp.

I am glad the size didn't go that small as I anticipated, little tight, but nevertheless the length and fitment feels and looks much better then previous

still my jeans feel like girdirons awfully hard even after a soak in the nice ice water tub bath.

this is my first day of wearing them

the creases come out very definative, alot better then my lees

I used ringring's method of wearing them damp so the crease define more. I also thought of to try to heat the creases to get it to harden
