Have a grey small checks (prince of wales) DH jacket from FW05. One button, single vented, size 46 but fits like a tight 44:

* shoulder to shoulder seams: 36cm

* armpits: 44 cm

* length: 71 cm

* sleeves: 69 cm

no XS works fine - for sweaters XXs is better but i am realistic!
