Can you explain exactly how you're measuring true size? I've heard it's just measuring your waist two inches below the belly button, but I am not sure.

well most of the jeans i have are w32 which fits me right at the area i want them to sit. My waist is actually 34 inches, but god knows why w32 fits me better :P.

Sam's got it right, listen to him and not me.
