googlecheckout questions

I am wondering, has anyone had bad experience with googlecheckout as a seller? I sold a rick owens leather to someone earlier this year (JAN or FEB), and since then the buyer's credit card company has been requesting chargeback from google. Once google asked me for signed proof and I provided tracking number and thus won the transaction. And then the buyer filed the chargeback dispute again and google asked me to provide tracking again. I told them I had won the same dispute before and was waiting for their reply. Then all of sudden they pulled money from my bank account and said the chargeback request had been passed and there was nothing they could do...GOD. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

I will ask my bank to dispute this. Any other suggestions? or similar experience to share? TIA.

That sucks dude. But no, I've never had that kind of problem.
