Conan, what are the measurements for smalls?

I see from the measurements the waist runs big. Is that intentional and supposed to be worn big like that or if you're a 31-32waist, should i just go for a size small? Didn't know if they ran big or if they were oversized.

small's probably around a 30 waist? maybe 31/32.. hard to say

chronoaug, I'd go for a small. They are oversized shorts, but I think the waist on a small would fit better than medium.
