Dress Shoe width

I purchased the following pair of shoes on ebay

I know i should have tried em on in store but ,I wasnt expecting to win.

My question is they are Width AA which is extra narrow by some standards. How extreme would this be, i believe i have normal sized feet and fit in my friends pair of regular dress shoes fine.

Will i be ok? and any comments if its a good deal? thanks!!!
