APC Rescue Tagged Size 31

Pristine pair of APC Rescues tagged size 31 that were bought as a gift for me in 12/07. They have only been worn for approximately a total of one month in an office environment. No dirt, no wash, totally clean and like new.

Slight stacking and honeycombing from the month or so of wear, but besides that, 9+/10 condition like new:

what does the waist measure now?

I'm selling because they do not fit my thighs, I work out regularly and the thighs are far too tight, while the waist is loose. I'm a 32" waist with 26" thighs, so no stretch on the waist at all. Should be whatever is indicated on the sizing chart (I believe 33"?)
