San Francisco Job Market (leads, hookups?)

Does anyone in the SF area have any leads or hookups for any internships or entry level positions? I'm a recent college grad with a BS in marketing that just moved here from the east coast and am desperately looking for anything. Please help a fellow sufu member out!

retail preferably in clothes/shoes or something marketing related, but i'm pretty much down to try anything that sounds decent.
