It was a real-life "Boys Don't Cry."

An Ohio woman pretended to be a 14-year-old boy in order to seduce a teenage girl she had a crush on, according to police.

Patricia Dye, 31, of Franklin, used the alias Matt Abrams. She was charged on Tuesday with unlawful sexual conduct and corruption of the 16-year-old Springboro girl. The incident took place in late May at the girl's home, according to the Dayton Daily News.

"They were boyfriend-girlfriend," Sgt. Bob Marchiny told the paper, adding that Dye "looks just like a boy."

Police started to investigate Dye, who is 4-feet-11, shorter than her 5-foot-5 victim, after the girl ran away from a hotel the two had been living in for three days.

The girl never realized Dye was a woman.

Dye, who was arrested on June 30, admitted she was impersonating a boy. She has no local criminal record.

The case was sent to a grand jury after a pretrial hearing in Warren County Court. Dye remained in Warren County Jail on a $100,000 bond.

Police said they are looking to see if there are any other victims.

The 7-year-old Oregon girl who found herself at the center of a national flap about childhood lemonade stands versus government bureaucrats is going to Disneyland.

Julie Murphy managed to make $1,838.31 in her second attempt at selling lemonade - enough to bankroll a trip for her and her mother, Maria Fife.

Multnomah County health inspectors last month shut down Julie's enterprise at a local Portland arts fair because she lacked a food-safety license. News of the lemonade standoff went national.

County Chairman Jeff Cogen later apologized and told health inspectors to use "professional discretion" in enforcing food-safety laws intended for commercial businesses.

ATLANTA -- A 4-year-old child may now have a sexually transmitted disease because of a used condom he found in an Atlanta hotel room.

Carmen Jones said she is hurting inside not knowing what sexually transmitted diseases her grandson may now have.

“The doctors at Scottish Rite said, if it was some sort of herpes it would last seven to 10 days, and sure enough about 10 days he started getting better, but then the blisters reappeared,†said Jones.

Jones said she, her grandson and other family members stayed at the Wyndham Garden Hotel in downtown Atlanta on July 31.

When they got up the next morning, her grandson found a used condom in their bed.

“I ran out the bathroom and my grandson had a condom in his mouth. His tongue was in the condom and he was trying to blow it up. I immediately took it out of his mouth and he thought it was a balloon, that he was blowing up a balloon,†said Jones.

Jones said she became even more worried when she saw what was inside the condom.

“It still had, what appeared to be semen in the condom. I want to take the condom and have it tested,†said Jones.

But Jones said the manager at the Wyndham Hotel would not let her take the condom.

Jones said after 24 hours, her grandson started throwing up, he developed a fever and started showing signs of a possible STD.

“Little white blisters all on the top of his mouth, on his tongue, inside the mouth, inside the lip the bottom lip, it was all over,†said Jones.

In the middle of completely refurbishing his five-bedroom house, Connan Gupta felt he deserved a week off.

It is a decision he is now regretting because 15 squatters took advantage of his short absence to occupy the £700,000 property.

The jobless Italians changed the locks and have taken up residence along with their three dogs and two cats.

They claim the fact they cannot afford to rent gives them the right to take over the Victorian property in Camberwell, South-East London.

Police are powerless to intervene because squatting is a civil rather than criminal offence.

Mr Gupta, a 40-year-old hotelier, has been forced to seek alternative accommodation and instruct a solicitor to have the intruders evicted.

He left the house on October 10 for his week off and returned on Monday to find he couldn’t open the door. A squatter’s rights notice was posted in a window.

‘This is just ridiculous,’ he said. ‘Everything’s in there. All my worldly possessions, clothes, valuables, and medication I need for a skin condition. It is hellish. I always triple-lock the house and when I went away I made sure everything was locked.

‘It is really scary that you can go on holiday and come back and your house has been taken. I’m profoundly shocked that this can happen.

‘I tried to open the door and found the locks had been changed.

Then I saw the note, and banged on the door saying I was the owner and a voice inside said “Just go away”.

‘I just have to sit here and wait. It’s as if the squatters have more rights than I do.’

The squatters claim the front door was open when they arrived at the house two weeks ago.

One, Valentina, 26, said: ‘None of us have any money or jobs. I don’t feel guilty about being here because no one else had been here for at least two years, the neighbours told us.

‘There’s no sink, no running water, no electricity, no carpets and the place was filthy. All of the owner’s stuff was packed away and stored.

‘I’ve never squatted before but when three of us found it we called our friends who are having difficulties of their own and told them about it.

‘When the owner came on Monday in the morning we told him we were squatting, and he was really aggressive.

‘We’ll go if the court tells us to but until then we’re staying. If he wants his things he’ll have to wait. If I find a job then I’ll start paying rent like a normal person.’

They have turned the front room into a sixth bedroom and are using Mr Gupta’s wardrobes to store their clothes.

They are also making use of his three leather sofas, sauna, hundreds of DVDs and television.

An eviction hearing is expected to be held in the next two weeks.

why did you say read more? you pasted the whole story already

if they didn't have money, where'd they get money to change the locks? and isn't it the owner's word against theirs?

he said he was gone a week or so, and that he locked the doors

they said door was wide open and that no one has been there in 2 years

COSTA MESA, Calif. (AP) -- Authorities say it could take months to identify a homeless woman whose mummified body was driven around in the passenger seat of a Southern California woman's car for months.

Costa Mesa police Sgt. Ed Everett said Friday that medical examiners are trying to hydrate the corpse's fingers to get fingerprints that could identify her.

Everett told The Orange County Register an autopsy showed no foul play but the driver may have violated health codes by knowingly transporting a corpse.

The car's driver told policeshe met a homeless woman in a park and told her she could sleep in her car.

Everett says when the woman died in her car 10 months ago, she was afraid to go to police.

Police discovered the body Monday when they received a report about an illegally parked vehicle.

Angry parents withdrew pupil from prestigious Milan school because teacher 'was too sexy'

By Nick Pisa

A former beauty queen has sparked fury among parents at an Italian school who claims she is too attractive to be a teacher.

Ileana Tacconelli, 28, who has three degrees, has caused a storm after it emerged she was a former model and racy photographs and video footage of her were posted on the internet.

As a result, one set of angry parents withdrew their daughter from the Catholic School in Milan.

But others - particularly fathers of students at the prestigious San Carlo Catholic High School - and the headteacher have stood by Miss Tacconelli.

The row erupted after one mother complained to the headteacher Father Aldo Geranzani claiming she was 'too attractive and a distraction'.

Video of her acting in a comic sketch dressed in tight fitting hot pants and a bra then surfaced on the internet, as well as photographs of her posing in an American police uniform.

The former Miss Abruzzo - a beauty contest for a region of central Italy - was entered into the national contest but failed to win and went on to gain her teaching qualifications at university.

The story made the front page of Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi's family-owned newspaper, complete with an editorial explaining that the footage of her was more slapstick than soft porn as had been claimed.

Qualified: Miss Tacconelli, dubbed la maestra sexy in Italy, has three degrees and has worked at the San Carlo Catholic School in Milan for three years

Miss Tacconelli said: 'All I will say is that if I had wanted to be a model or a showgirl I would have done it when I was younger and prettier.

'I have been a teacher here for three years and I have never had any problems. There is nothing really to say and I have the backing of the school and the parents.

'The child in question left a few weeks ago and nothing else was said. These things happen all the time at schools but she has caused all this publicity because she contacted the media.

'When I heard about it I was so surprised but all the other parents and the teachers have given me their support - they have even set up a fan club for me which is very sweet.'

Osvaldo Songini, head of the upper school, said: 'Ileana passed all the very strict requirements to be a teacher here and we are very satisfied.

'She was supervised during her probation and there were no problems.

'For us here, from don Geranzani down she is an optimum teacher and she has all the qualifications needed. We knew all about her past as she never kept it hidden.'

The mother who withdrew her daughter from the school said she was disgusted with her treatment.

'All I asked for was clarity - I'm sure that two of the three degrees are not official,' she said.

'I am not a bigot but I feel betrayed - I expected more from the San Carlo especially with the reputation it has.'
