Not easy. On an industrial scale the minimums and development costs will be heavy. Get a job in a mill is your best bet.

I guess you could set up an artisan production with a hand loom. You'd have to get hold of the yarn though. (indigo + plain).

thank you for the reply.

My intention are not for large scale production and i have considerd handlooms. In theory it should be possible since as i understand denim is a form of twill. But has any one tried this at home or in a small studio? And if you have how was the result?
