I don't get how he managed to have the denim look so pristine. It doesn't even look like they've been worn, but the tag looks like it has years of wear.

In clothing, I equate "mint" with "deadstock"...I do have to admit that, if they have been worn, they've been worn VERY little and maybe only washed once.

On the tag...leather ages much differently than cotton denim.

THose are drop-dead beautiful, the best jeans I've seen on eBay in a long time. yeah, the pocket linings, and the leather waist-tag are great. They're also better than any of the wartime Levi's they had in the archive a couple of years ago - wouldn't surprise me if Lynn Downey bids on them (unless of course it's the archive who are selling them, given the location...)
