Brands in their Home Market: Fred Perry in the UK? G-Star in the Netherlands? [PICS]

Just picked up a knitted, striped, long-sleeved Fred Perry top the other day for $AUD220. Though Fred Perry is an English brand, i understand all their knitted products are made in Italy.

For those in the UK or Italy, how much would a similar item be in either country whether in Euros or Pounds?

By the same token, i've been looking at a pair of G-Star handcrafteds for $400. How much would a similar item be in the home market of Netherlands?

Any feedback on either question would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: $AUD400. Those were for the handcrafteds.

I've seen two different models of the handcrafteds.

One is essentially the Radar Low in handcrafted industrial-looking denim. Essentially slouch front and back pockets and buckle back. The other is a much more "regular" cut not as low or baggy as the Radar and abit more subtle and understated. The denim in both appeared largely identical.

Both were $AUD400.

I know there must be some Dutch SFers, any comments on the price issue?
