Advice on how to get screened print off of sweatshirt

Hello all,

any advice on a good way to get screened on letter or numbers off of clothing? something that would dissolve it?

depending on the ink used for screening, acetone might do it, but depending on the dye used for the sweatshirt you might see some discoloration. the screenprinter i use for my business has some industry-specific shit they spray on when there are some smudges, but i don't know what it's called...

if it's a heat-set ink, you might be SOL.

Yeah I was thinking acetone as well. You might also try brake-clean as Im almost positive it doesnt damage fabrics, but will eat away paint. Your local auto supply chain store will have it in aerosol bottles.
