Adidas Y3 model/price check

My friend is selling these Y3 samples he got a while back. I told him he should wait until he finds out what the model and price they're worth before craigslisting them.

Can anyone help me to find out some information on these for him?

I have the plain black leather version from fw2006. Football inspired. Those are definately samples as I have never seen that design at all. Very chunky shoe, i like it. Better make sure those are legit as there are lots of fake Y3 floating around

They're legit, they were given to him by a friend who was working at Adidas at the time. Any idea what these should go for? People are already contacting him on CL for that price.

I think 300 is high. I got mine think after boxing day around 220-240ish CAD I don't think he should be charging that much for samples.

In my experience samples are usually 20% of the retail price (my experience extends to kim jones and georgio armani only) so technically these should be $60 but I am sure you want to make more then that. List at $300 and see what happens - there might be somone out there who really wants them.

They are from the first or second season of Y-3, I've seen them in stores a few years ago. Retailed in Singapore for about 350usd.
