I've seen plenty of F-2 jackets, but rarely cropped and never in this color.

uniqlo had constantly been making like-colored F2's all of last year (no idea as of the current) and they were roughly $50, might be a better option, considering sizing and all.

those S/S07 APC's fit huge, so that guy must be fairly big, wearing the smallest size me thinks. If you look to be the size I think you are from your WAYWT, you won't fit in the XS of that so don't bother tracking one down, they sized up like 3 last year on those things. There are probably a few still floating around if you must capture; there was a putrid salmon color as well.

This is true, they do fit big. Here is a pic of me wearing mine (size M). I usually wear a M in most regular fitting items from APC but i could easily wear a Small in this jacket. I'm not complaining though. I'm glad I was even able to find one.

This guy has been selling these French Military surplus jackets on eBay since last spring. He claims they are the inspiration for this jacket

I really liked that jacket but did not like the pre-attached button on it. Does it come off or was it sewn on?

thanks, jeepster, i saw that one. nice, but i'm not sure i'm into the belted steez. pricey, too, and it looks thinner than the other.

the F2s are just unlined cotton shirt-jackets. They did make one last year or the year before though (in 'normal' smaller APC sizing) with a removable sherpa lining, poly800rock had it and sold it on supermarket. It was an in-store only model.

If you overdye regular army green with black you get a sort of similar colour.
