jacket alterations

hey guys i bought a jacket the other day and was wondering if i could get the sleeves shortened maybe 2 or 3 inches,

here are some pictures (srry for the quality):

so, is it possible? and if so, anyone know any good places in philly i could go to? and price estimates?

I wouldn't see why you couldn't get it tailored, but you'd need someone very good, not only because it's not the average coat to get tailored, but also because, unless you want to lose some of the cuff-esque trim at the bottom of the sleeve, you need to have it taken up from the top of the sleeve, so that you won't lose the trim.
