Translators / Interpreters in Tokyo??

I have heard of businesses using http://www.brainwoods.com/e/ before but I've never seen the interpreters in action so I can't vouch for their quality.

I can say that on the whole I find (and this is generally true anywhere) that Japanese interpreters tend to be much weaker in interpreting Japanese to English. If the main focus of your discussions etc is what you say being interpreted into Japanese then a native Japanese speaker is best. If you are mostly going to be listening and need things interpreted for you into English, a native English speaker with Japanese skills is much more like to explain nuances well.
