where can i find visvim (Christo) in soho or manhattan?? which store? and also Mihara Yasuhiro sneaker? is Comme des Garcons and Marc by Marc Jacobs store far away from Soho/5th ave? if i take taxi, how long does it take?

besides Barneys and saksfifthavenue store, any select stores in soho and manhattan which sells Marc by Marc Jacobs? (not Marc Jacobs)
