question on tailoring/hemming jeans

hello. i recently went to Korea and bought some Evisu Jeans while i was there, and i must say that the jeans are the best jeans i ever owned. the fit and quality was perfect for me.

so now that i am back in the US, ive been looking for another pair similar to the one i have, but ive noticed that they are all too long for me. i wear a size 33-34W and 30-31L, but all the jeans ive found that have a 34 waist size, have a 34+length size.

would it ruin the jeans if i decided to just buy the 34L jeans and take it to a tailor?

No. It won't ruin the jeans. If you really care, you can find a tailor that does chainstitching and have them hem the jeans. This way your jeans will still have a roping effect at the hem. Use the search function to find out about where to get jeans chainstitched in various cities, etc.

Also, this really belongs in the Small Questions thread, but really you could have probably found this out by using the search function or looking around through some threads.
