Do Umbro Kim Jones Shoes run Bigger or Smaller than Nike Dunks?

ive found that converse runs big and i usualy will have to get a 9

does anyone know if Umbro Kim Jones shoe sizing runs bigger or smaller? or on par with Nike Dunks?
