i'm pretty certain it's a rick owens piece. it should have the rick owens insignia on the inside part of the jacket.

Sleeves - 27 inches before wool ribbing

Pit - 20 inches

Total lenght - 31

Material is very thin black shiny polyester on the outside with wool ribbing.

The lining is black cotton for the bodice pieces and "sandy" colored silk for the sleeves.

I have a payment pending and will post more pictures if I don't receive it.
