altering leg width?

both. ive done this to a coupe pairs. both times, i've noticed that theyve taken in both outseam and inseam depending on how the inseam is done. i think a flat felled seam would be harder than a "serged" seam (not sure what the technical term is)...but either way, most skilled tailors can do it however you ask them to.

i have a friend that alters all of his jeans in this way, he takes the inseam cuts it, or just runs it throught the machine, it makes them extremely tight though, like super super super slim kim tight

do your measurements if your doing it your self, and remember measure twice cut once or sew once...but i would recomend a tailor
