A brief word of warning for the graffiti writers.

My company has been working with some of the biggest paint companies in the US and Europe for years. Some of the latest legislation to be driving the industry is the introduction of water based paint systems, which, due to the absense of solvents, is vastly cheaper for companies to dispose of as it is not classed as trade waste. So, this is going to soften the palette of colours available to anyone who uses paint. Don't believe me? Look at the RAL website (one of the World's most widely used industry paint and colour standard system) and you'll see its new Effects range for the industrial sector - based on... water based colour. Following this up is the latest round of legislation entering the market that will be eradicating the propellants

used to diffuse paints, deodorants, make-up et al. There will probably be alternatives, there always is, however merely in terms of colour saturation it'll be a bit meh.
