I am selling a pair of Charles Tyrwhitt Chelsea boots. These are stamped size 10 (UK), which is a 11 (US). I wear an 11 in Nike, and 10.5 in virtually all dress shoes (Alden, Boss, Ferragamo, etc.) and these fit perfectly. They have been worn less than 5 times and are in perfect shape. They are goodyear welted, 100% leather. No scuffs, scratches etc. I paid $250 for these a year ago, which is the price through CT’s website:

I really want these. I wear a 10.5 in nikes. Could they fit?

Absolutely. I can wear 10.5 Nikes comfortably, but my actual shoe measurement is closer to 11. Also, a simple insole can shrink a shoe down by half a size, so if they were a tad bigger than you like to wear, you could consider an insole as an option.
