Was wondering, what model and what is the retail price around for this boot?

I saw it on ebay, and the offer now is arond 60 USD shipped.. is that a good deal?

ya, i just won the bid at 39 usd + 15 USD shipping to Canada. and in canada they cost like 200 bucks....

i was thinking they were 875's? since they are soft toe, but i did not know if 875's come in 8 inch high boots?

IDK what these are but the tags look kind of old. The shoe looks like it could be part of a diffusion line when looking at the tags and the boot as a whole.

Yea,the 875 does come in an 8 inch ,but they dont have that sole and that type pf padding around the top of the boot.nice pick up though.

oh i c. I'm just worried is fake and the quality will be bad. I dont mind the PF padding on the top since my jeans will cover it up anyways.. is just that i don't want some fake redwing shoe that will crack and peel off after a few months of use.

I got this msg from the seller regarding where he got the shoe.....

Well, I acquired these from a lot in an estate sale. The sale was in Saugerties, NY. There is a shoe store in Saugerties that is well known throughout this part of the state. Montana'a Shoe Store. Since they are big sellers of Reds Wing I would assume they came from there. Other than that I have no idea. Sorry I couldn't bemore help.

When I got my first pair of Red Wings about 8 years ago they had a tag that looked exactly like that.

thanks, they've been mailed, when i receive it i'll take more detailed pictures and maybe you guys can tell me what year the model was made haha.

Or you could look at the model number on the tag and ask people at Red Wing.

woot got the boots today. first time owning red wing boots and these are hella comfy! they smell old, but oh well.... this is def an old red wing model since the tags show signs on age *yellow rim around paper*... but def, great pair of boots.

You know, Red Wing has produced 100s of models, and not everyone has something to do with the 875s... The high 875 resembling boots are called 877 , and have different shape and stiching than 875s..

For my next purchase, I will probably size down one size in order to fit snuge. Since right now I have to rely on wearing thick socks * i know you are supose to wear thick socks for these boots, but i don't want to wear these socks everyday*

What are some good black leather boots offered by red wing? Canada sucks when it comes to leather boot brands ~
