These are brand new with the tags and guitar pick, all I've done is tried them on and never got around to wearing them to get them to stretch out. I'll let them go for $100 shipped in the US. If anyone is interested I'll put up pictures. Measurements taken flat are 15" across the waist, 33.5" inseam, and 6" across the hem. If no one wants them I'll just keep them.

I've never worn April 77s, do they fit like Cheap Mondays?

I've never worn Cheap Mondays but they are quite slim in the leg and run a little bit in the waist. They have a little stretch in them. They do taper through out the leg.
