Quality of Italian jeans Replay and Marlboro Classics

How would you rate Replay and Marlboro Classics, and how do they compare to the brands commonly discussed here? (APC, Nudie, etc.)

I live in the Philippines and it retails for $65 here. I think it has great lighter material (it's a permanent summer over here at the equator), and has the best sandblast/fade looks.

It also fits great on me, and I'm not into the low rise thing.

Here's the pair I have now, right when I bought it. I liked the subtle fade pattern, but after some wear, I'm concerned I might have two beautiful white streaks on my legs.

Another favorite for the same price is Marlboro Classics, which has a no frills, no sandblasting, no nothing cowboy look. Same durable light material.

Here's a photo of my first pair of blue jeans, purchased about twelve years ago. I love this grain pattern I wore as a kid, and the natural fade now makes it a great hand-me-down for a lucky relative.

I'm still not sure how to tell the quality of Italian denims, but I've tried Levi's, Tommy Hilfigers, and Polo Jeans (bought on 70% sales during college), and I like wearing the Italian lines a lot more.

Heck, that old pair of Marlboros has hardly any wear, while I have a Ralph Lauren pair that's beginning to fray at the bottom after just a year.

Here's something from Replay's Vintage Collection, which is twice the price. It's in the indigo I'm liking right now, but way too low rise for me.

Marlboro Classics has its own double-price premium line. Instead of frills, it has leather highlights on the front coin and the back pockets.
