LEVI'S LVC JACKETS TYPE 3 / 1967

Hey I'm wondering if anyone can give me any info on the LVC 557 repro jacket vs the 1967 repro jacket. What are the differences in the denim, which jacket is slimmer and what are the proportions like on both (height against width). Furthermore which would make a more ideal companion to the 1947 501's? Thanks any help is much appreciated as well as any additional info on either the repros or the original jackets no matter how insignificantly minute a detail. Also if anyone knows any retailers that still have any stocks please let me know.

from my experience, it seemed as though the 557 was cut a bit fuller than the 1967 model...i think that since the 1947s are cut slim, that the 1967 model would look better...
