seen issues 1-4 of Fantastic Man magazine for sale?

i'd prefer to pay cover price for issues, although i'd be inclined to

pay more for the earlier issues.

I have the one with Lang on the cover. I have to look for it and it might not be in great condition but if I find it it's yours.

alright, i just swiped the helmut lang issue from the universal news on 23rd street.

issues 1, 2, or 3 anyone?

i know that plenty of menswear boutiques stock or have stocked it at some point,

they can't all be gone!

the first issue will be hard to find, it took me awhile and even then it's not a mint copy. ]:

they pop up on ebay sometimes, otherwise it's best to checked a store that sells used magazines. shouldn't be too hard, you are in nyc afterall.

- i'll keep checking the Bay... surprisingly, there are not very many places in nyc that have used magazines or back issues in stock. the news agents here usually sell out of what they have or ship it back to the distributor for a credit... i do suppose i should just try and contact FMs U.S. distro, but i already know the hundreds of hoops i'll have to jump through to even get someone on the phone.

hehe, i emailed fantastic man and i was like you guys have to have a spare copy lying around the office somewhere and they replied and said nope! and they told me the only place i'd find it was in the basement of a used book shop. ]:

i can probably live without issue one, maybe two, but i'd at least like to make it back to the stefano pilati issue. we'll see...

maybe try gallagher's i think that's the name of it. huge stock of vintage fashion magazines in gramercy park, i think broadway and 21st-23rd somewhere around there.

american apparel has been stocking fantastic man and butt. also try modern/contemporary museum bookstores and st. mark's bookshop (duh). the moca in LA sells it for $9 somehow.
