what is this store like? reliable? good customer service?

having alot of trouble contacting these guys. i can't phone them because i'm overseas and they just won't reply to any of my emails. ive tried their info, order and another email i can't remember.

anyone have any ideas of how i can get in contact with them?

We actually just moved our office/store and ourselves back to NYC. So things have been a little hectic lately.

We were trying not to suspend orders during the process which was very difficult, especially w/ the MHI and S2A product coming in. So keeping up w/ our CS inquiries has been difficult. We will be completely back on track in that dept in the next couple days.
