Where to get cream/off white colored vans chukkas?

the color you want is what vans calls "bone" i havent seen them in chukkas, but i have seen them in authentics or was it the era, yeah one of those.

haha, i would, but then I would have to account for the 3.5 inches of empty space in the shoe...
