If you haven't heard about it already COPE2 basically bombed a billboard for TIME magazine that was meant to provoke discission. He did the job legally and got paid like $20k. But this city council man asshole Peter Vallone calls COPE a punk and says TIME should have rewarded a legitimate artist.

So until Vallone offers an apology I am keeping his number and the Daily News article on the ANIMAL site www.animalnewyork.com.
