Length of Swim trunks

for your guys' swim trunks, what length do you guys opt for? im kind of digging these penguins...i believe they are 16" length

however my current trunks are about 22" which is a big leap....im not sure if i can rock them on the beach...what length do you guys tend to sport?

As long as they're slightly above the knee, they're good for swim trunks(for me at least). At the knee is as long as i'd go for swimming if i had to. I'm not a huge fan of really short, but it's up to you. I don't know about the way you're measuring since i usualy do inseam from the crotch of the garment, but 9" is usually just above the knee and between 7"-10" is good enough for me.

mine are about the same length as them penguins swim boxers...

imo, board shorts are too damn long... speedos, WAY TOO Much Skin

yea, they are...i saw those penguin's at barney's, they looked nice..same with the green ones...i didnt try them on..how'd you get measurements? (woc)

well I was looking at quiksilver and they had pairs of boxers listed with a 16" outseam and they had more or less the shape shape/length as the penguins, so I'm assuming these are 16" as well.....
