Picked up this pair of A.P.C. New Cures off the supermarket a few weeks ago, but they're a bit too tight for me through the legs. Brand new, never worn. Great pants from this season's collection. What's the rise, and are the waist measurements taken with front/back waist aligned on this? Is the material thick or thin?

The rise is 9.5"; the waist measurement is aligned front to back. The material is a bit thinner than the A.P.C. denim.
