I'd like to know of any one who has used celga to buy from rakuten, how it went, and what there fee's where like? and did any one have anything shipped to the uk

If you are worried about the fees, Celga/Rinkya probably isn't for you.

That is just my (elitist?) opinion. It is stated pretty clearly on the website, I at least understood it completely. How about WRITING THEM AN EMAIL and ask?
