Adobe PDF / Powerpoint Question

home

Recommended Posts

Just wondering if it is at all possible to get PDF files that have only 1 Powerpoint slide per page (60 odd pages) and change that so there is say 6 slides per page (reducing overall page count to 10)..

Just trying to do my bit for the environment!

Cheers.

Definitely possible. If you're in Acrobat, go to print. On the dialogue screen look for Page Handling and a little further down Page-Scaling, and a drop down box that says 'None'. Click on that sucker and scroll down to 'multiple pages per sheet'. And you're done.

Hope that helps.

-You have to have acrobat (not reader but the actual pdf maker) installed

-You will have an "Adobe PDF" as one of your printers

-You choose the multi-slide print out and print out through the said Adobe PDF printer

-You get a multi-slide view pdf!
