Tips for delivering flowers internationally?

My gf is in Seoul for the summer and I'm trying to figure out the best way to have flowers delivered to her. All of the online services I've come across are pretty expensive and the selection is poor. Is there any way I can find a local florist that would be willing to deal with a US customer (e.g. US credit card payment)? If anyone has experience with this sort of thing, I'd appreciate the advice

Interflora based in the UK can do international deliveries

Again you might have the same problem with it accepting a US card though.
