WTB: Used skateboard deck/complete

Looking to get back into skateboarding. Haven't touched a board in nearly 5 years but i don't feel like rushing out to a skateshop and dropping $150 or so on a complete.

Looking for some used pieces to throw together a set-up.

I used to strictly ride Girl/Chocolate so i'd prefer one of those, but i'll listen to what you can offer.

Venture or Indy trucks, preferably Venture.

Hmm. Never rode a Foundation. Mini? What size is that? i usually always rode 7.5

I Would not recommend Ricta air core wheels. I Purchased some and within 2 hours of skating, I had a flat spot- mind you this was skating flatland. Autobahn = best wheels I've ever skated.

ive riden that board somewhat hard, and i love my wheels. The deck is 7 i think, and is something like 28 besides is it 32 inches?

I'm not sure if i remember correctly but at the time i quit skating i think the new Chocolate boards were coming out with a lot more concave in comparison to Girl's?

the only part of that deck i would take are the bearings. the whole 'mini' aspect is definately not what you're looking for. i've had alot of friends who've skated grindkings and didnt like them after a while.

i recently got back to skating and bought some blank complete off of ebay. paid about $45 shipped/ seems fine to me, but all i do is ollies and kick flips.

Is it a good idea to buy a longboard if all you want to do is cruise? I want to get back into skateboarding. For the exercise, to save gas. I wont even be doing any ollies on it. Just something that is the best for cruising.

yes. longboards are mainly meant for cruising.. they ride a lot smoother than skateboards, although not as fast on flatland.
