i have a pair of edwins that i'm fairly fond of - except for the rivets being too pristine....

can anyone help me with some tips on aging/corroding rivets on jeans? i'd love to have the rivets looking less like they just came from the factory if you know what i mean.

any answers would be much appreciated too. thanks!

I don't have any edwin's but I assume that the rivets are copper, if that is the case and you live in the united states Micheal's Craft store sells a product to speed the weathering of copper [url=" http://modernoptions.com/"] http://modernoptions.com/ is the website of the company. Ammonia will do it too (you could just urinate on your jeans) or a mix of salt and vinegar sprayed on will do the trick too
