ethics of supermarket

I think the whole bumping threads thing should be enforced more, say if you bump more than twice a day then you get a warning, if you don't follow then you get your thread locked or deleted. It's seriously annoying when crappy threads get bumped like 5x a day, makes it so hard to see what actually is new. Thus resulting in less sales, imo.

^ theres a rule about bumping threads. but if its that unnoticeable, no wonder people dont follow it

all details you mentioned should be included in a sale thread, if they're not the post will be deleted. however, you can probably see how fast the threads in the market move, so its impossible to spot everything. so go ahead and report any sightings like this.

the narcing will begin soon... (unless I feel too lazy)

besides undercutting the competition, i thought about hating on random for sale items that i personally find hideous. and if i could stop a potential sale from one guy's thread, perhaps the consumer would have more funds to buy my shit (and i cou cut down on the time-consuming hating responsiblities in waywt/chat).

i.e. i thought the pumaxevisu jeans are garbage...not to mention the fact that bitchass sohoadict swears by them. i think i'll just leave a comment in the sale thread like "soho addict has these." we'll see how many takers the op gets then.

viva hate in supermarket.

i don't think that will really stop anything, but go for it. but seriously, you should concentrate your efforts on the truly terrible, like that guy selling express shirts that he got because they look like something jimmy fallon wore in a pepsi commercial.

westside, this is the kind of shit i like to hear from you. it's helpful and legit. you seemingly empathized with the hate and directed me to an oversight. thank you.

I make one detailed post filled with photos, descriptions, measurements, an asking price and the reason that I am selling the item. I tag the thread with whatever I am selling, and wait. After a few weeks, I usually get a PM with somebody asking to buy the item. I tell them that I will send them the merchandise when I get the payment, and it's done. After they are shipped, I send them the tracking number. I've never had any issues selling things. When I am buying, I like to purchase from a fairly established member (post count, rep, ect). I'll look through a few of their posts to see if they seem fairly intelligent and knowledgable. After I am satisfied, I send them a payment and they send the merchandise, asap. They usually send it through their work. I've always been incredibly satisfied with the supermarket.
