How to clean Tuxedo shoes...

i didn't know where to post this kind of topic, so i thought 'culture' would be more appropriate. sorry if it isn't, but if you can help me, then that'd be great!

okay, so i grabbed my tuxedo shoes from my senior prom, and i tried to clean off this glitter on them. i forget how the glitter got onto them, but it seems damn near impossible to clean it off. i tried a moist napkin or cloth, but it just won't rub off!

help me please!

By tuxedo shoes do you mean patent leather? Either way...take them to a shoe repair shop or a shoe-shine stand and asked to have them cleaned and polished.

i've tried wet rag. wouldn't work. it feels liek the glitter is stuck on there. i'll try the repair shop. thanks!
