help cleaning jeans (spill stain)

I have been breaking in a new pair of levi premium over the last month and have really been trying not to wash them. This morning I noticed a red stain across the right leg. It looks like someone spilled some type of drink on them last night. I immediately put WISK stain remover (the stick) over the stain to just let it sit in. Should I take these to the dry cleaners? Just throw them in the washer and hang dry? Hand wash? If I hand wash what should I use as a cleaner? Maybe hand bar soap.. Anyone suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Either send them to the dry cleaners or handwash very gently inside out in cold/tepid water with soap or mild detergent (PH neutral, non biological, no bleach, no phosphates). Hang dry.

If you are trying to keep the unwashed state, then dry cleaning is the way to go.
