Most sport stores sell vans now...not sure about Scarborough, but I'm sure you could find them at the mall. Otherwise, I think there's a store called Boathouse just north of Dundas on Yonge, and as mentioned, every store on Queen W.

i know livestock is opening in Toronto this saturday and they have those shoes are on their vancouver site. opening on spadina somewhere.
