I paid exactly $235.26 for the jeans shipped. And also had to pay a $7.05 Foreign Transaction Fee.

Moe Preme...Im still baffled by how u were able to get samurais for $235.26 shipped by buying directly from 2nd?!?!? That is below retail since they are 24,740Yen right now @ 2nd=$239 USD not even including shipping costs. Did u buy these a while ago before the USD was weak? Let me know cause I'm thinkin about pickin up some samurais...thanks!

see, thats why i dont like to machine wash or dry. for 4 reasons:

1) the stupid creases that are more likely to occur

2)the machine agitates the entire jean, thus increasing the chances of the jean looking washed-out too early.

3) in the good old aces&eights days they didn't have washers or dryers

4) hang drying leaves the denim more rigid imho.

I machine wash and dry all my jeans and never had a problem with creasing. If you turn your jeans inside out, you will never have that problem.

Maybe later I'll post pics of my new bk's. tapered from denim doctors.been wearing these pretty often

I bought a few pairs of Samurais from 2nd as well before they started requiring a bank transfer for your first transaction. They will also hem the jeans for you before shipping as well. I just put in an order for a pair of Burgus Plus jeans from Hinoya so we'll see how that works out.

My only beef with 2nd was that they took about a month to take the money out of my account.

Then, what do you recommend for cleaning them up?

Hand-wash/ soak??
