seasons coming up. i suggest there be a fee. a small one. 10-20 dollars maybe. and the winners get certain percentages. that way, people dont quit midseason because their main runningback was charged with sexual assault. and a little prize money never hurt.

why bitter about the chargers? they had a pretty good draft. maybe craig davis was a little bit of a reach, but he'll be a player. and eric weddle was a terrific pickup. he's one of the only DBs all year who had success against Calvin Johnson, which is really saying something. sure, they may have over paid a bit, but a good player none the less.

i agree. though its not exactly what i wanted, im certainly not angry. if anything, im excited to see how willis will preform in our rejuvenated defense. i still think we need a WR to stretch out the field though.

so any suggestions on price and winning percentages?

and how many people are allowed to play on yahoo? whats the limit?

i believe that yahoo limit is either 12 or 14. maybe we could do a 30$ buy in. im sure everyone here can afford it, and it would at least make the season interesting with 10+ people playing. in my mind, 2nd place gets his money back and 1st takes the rest.

that eagles draft threw me in for a loop .. imagine trading withe cowboys?!?!?!?! of all people the freaking cowboys!!!!!!!!!!!!! sigh ...... i just hope kolb ends up being a good qb in the long run .. im loving the niners right now .. more than the pats .. the pats have too many weapons ... but moss will always be a malcontent ..

Yeha, the more I think about it the better I feel. Definately a curveball, but I guess with McNabb being injured 3 of the past 4 seasons, you gotta look ahead, and apparently they really like this kid.

the way i see it .. the eagles will develop kilb .. two years down the line when he's ready .. mcnabb gets traded for picks.....

Agreed. At this point, there is no way he finishes his career in Philly. A lot of people are pretty high on Kolb. Hopefully he's got it. I guess having Garcia step in last year really opened some eyes as to what the team could do with a real WCO qb. No offense to Donovan--he's an amazing talent--but maybe he'd be better suited in a more traditional system. I see him on the Bears or the Vikings by 2008/09.

it's still way to early. i dont even think you can set up a football league on yahoo yet. soon as it's ready I'll set it up and we'll work out money and stuff if people want to play it that way. I think 20 or 30 bucks a head with 12 or 14 people would be good.

i think asking for money now is a bit early as people generally hate commiting money to something in the seemingly distant future, but we should definetly start a list of interested parties
