Resale Shops?

I'm making my annual visit to NY this july, and I'm wondering if any of the resale shops are worth going to. Is there any good finds? I don't mind having to dig at sample sales and such, but where should I look? And, does anyone know any good sample sales in advance for July? Thanks.

I know of INA Men, Tokio Joe and Tokio 7 on the East Village, and there's one on Chelsea called Fitsch or something.
