Only sz9 and certain sz9.5 heat will be accepted. I don't and can't fit sz10 so don't bother. Sz9.5 shoes I can fit would be SB lows, AM95, and other certain shoes with thick cushioning or a tongue strap.

Vans Chukka Syndicate

Description: 2007 Vans Cream Chukka Syndicate. Shoes comes with a heavy box similar to Nike IDs, white carrying bag, and extra white pair of laces. Fits true to size and very comfy. This is made for skaters so you can imagine how soft the insoles and tongues are. The shoes come with a quilted back heel design with some type of stingray like material. By the way, not all stores that carry Vans has the Syndicate(skater) models for sale.

I will just say this, make it as easy as possible for the buyer and be as non-abrasive as possible. I do not sell much, and maybe it works well for you, but I just get rubbed the wrong way. I guess I should just not buy and sit on my hands.
