I got one called the Captin Stag for 10,000 yen in Olympic Discoutn Store in Ogikubo. You should check out Don Quijote too.

check loft and Tokyu Hands as well, I could have sworn I've seen some for around 7000-10000 yen

MUJI does a good folding bike.

don quijote does a good beef instant noodle for under 100 Yen!

MUJI started at about 15.700 yen, while Don Quijote was around 12.000 or so... (though you should DEFINITELY hit that store...) the best I saw were at the local supermarket in Nakano (near Nakano Broadway) - they were like 8.600 or so, or roughly $80... I forget the name of it though... (if you're walking N from the train station to Nakano Broadway, continue under the covered walkway and it's the first right at the takoyaki stand...)
