I ordered last saturday...straight from the website. and haven't gotten a single email from them since besides the initial paypal one. I also tried to contact them through email about tracking or any information on my order, no reply.

Is this normal for them? also.. where do they ship from...

same thing happened to me around july....eventually it just showed up at my door (not having received any contact before this) about 3 weeks after the order. beside that, the chain was fuckin short.

I've only ordered once. Im not sure but I think I got an email telling me about tracking and stuff like that. Got my stuff in about a week (I live in Sweden). I think they ship from the US.

Serious? I've emailed them twice, both times got replies within a few hours. Super nice guy who was writing back too.

First email was asking about chain lengths, apparently they ahve 3 different chain lengths, and pretty just just pick one for your order, 18" 20" and 24" , I asked if I could specify which one i wanted.

Got a reply back saying sure, just make the order, then email again with my order # and the length chain i want. So I ordered, emailed again asking for a 24", and got a reply within a day that they got the order and will ship with the appropriate chain length.

Yeah, 24' isnt really that long for a chain. Sigh, I really wanted the Surface to Air keys necklace but Oak sold out before I could buy..
