hello

a fairly decent tag library has turned up; older threads have not really been tagged, but it's quite laborious to go through all that. will be done in time to come...

when adding tags to threads:

1. refer to the existing list of tags

2. select one or more appropriate tags

3. DO NOT, as far as possible, create new tags - it isn't likely that new and important threads will come out regarding an area that is not already covered by a tag

too often i have to go back and delete tags that go "new standard" "APC" "selvage" "denim" "where to cop" "fit" - all this can simply go under "APC". model names should not be tagged; brand names should.

would be great if everyone automatically added tags to their threads, however please apply them judiciously...

searching:

it might sound daft and obvious, but clicking on the tag will bring you to a list of threads. use the list. this is even easier than searching.

again, feedback on the tagging system is welcome
